FULL REFUNDS:
If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.

 

HOW DOES RETURN POLICY WORKS?
Initiate A Return: Email us at, service@turkeydenim.com with the subject line-RETURNS, Or live chat with us on our website. Please make sure to include your order number and email address you used for the order as this will speed up the process a lot.
Schedule Pick Up: A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services
Return The Item: Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
Refund Processed: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

 Q. I don't want to receive my order, what should i do ?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. 

Q. I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the item you received is damaged or defective not described at the product description you should send an email to us with your order  number within 48 hours of receiving of goods we will replace the same item for you free of cost or give you the full refund.

Q. I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?

Before the shipment is out from our end, you can cancel your order anytime. But once the shipment is out from the warehouse, it’s not possible to cancel the placed order. 

Only after you receive the delivery, you can place the return request. Once you cancel your order, the cancellation charges will be applied and balance amount will be refunded with in seven to fourteen working days.

Q. i want to exchange my product size?

As soon as you create a size change request, we reserve the item you want for yourself.

If the price of the item you’re exchanging has gone up, don’t worry, you won’t have to pay extra to receive it

Once the items have been picked up and reach our warehouse (usually within 48 to 72 hours); we will ship out your exchange items one day post the same!

You are responsible for return shipping fee if the return is caused by yourself.

Q. If i' m not happy with my order, do i get a refund and get my money back?

For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit card However, the same is not applicable for cash on delivery orders. If you paid for your order via a credit / debit card, you can return items to Turkey Denim and also ask for a refund back to your credit / debit card.

Email us at, service@turkeydenim.com with the subject line-REFUND, Or live chat with us on our website REFUND request within 7 to 14 days from the date of receive. Please make sure to include your order number and email address you used for the order as this will speed up the process a lot. Make sure your products are unused with the original tag still attached.

You can choose whether you want your money refunded as Turkeydenim Credit or back to your credit/ debit card and you’re done!

No cash refund — states that no monetary refunds will be given, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges. Store Credit or Exchanges: Shipping charge of 49dhs will be applicable

Once the items have been picked up and reach our warehouse (usually within 48 to 72 hours we will process the refund process. Please NOTE that In some case it may take 45days for the refund transfer to be completed to your credit card

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Rules and Conditions for Exchanges:

1. Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.

3. It should also be in the same brand box you received.
